2 New Business of Law Presentations Added to How to Win Trucking Cases

Two new business of law presentations have been added to How to Win Trucking Cases: How to Create the Reputation as a Great Trucking Lawyer and How Best to Get Trucking Cases.  The presentations are designed to give you great, new ideas on how to get the cases and referrals.  How to Win Trucking Cases is scheduled for November 3-5, 2013 at the Encore at Wynn in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Winning trucking cases requires an understanding of the science, engineering, driver training, regulations and industry practices, the law, and the knowledge on how to apply to all stages of the case – from investigation and analysis to case reparation and trial.
