The legal consequences of swatting

Swatting, or when a SWAT team of police or a large contingent of officers is called to a scene based on a false report, recently resulted in the shooting death of an innocent man in Wichita, Kansas based on a 911 call that came from the Los Angeles area. National Public Radio's Ari Shapiro spoke to Georgetown University law professor Neal Katyal about the legal issues surrounding the case.
