As a personal injury attorney, Abagale McCurdy advocates for her clients who have been hurt by someone else’s negligence and gets them the recovery they deserve after an injury.
As an Ohio native, Abagale McCurdy attended The Ohio State University, studying criminology and political science.
During her time in law school, Abagale worked in a personal injury law firm where she discovered a passion for plaintiff’s personal injury law. In May 2022, she earned her Juris Doctorate from The University of Toledo College of Law, graduating with magna cum laude honors.
As Kademenos, Wisehart, Hines, Dolyk & Wright Co. LPA’s newest associate attorney, she looks forward to helping her clients get the recovery they deserve. She walks her clients through each step of the personal injury claims process and advocates for their recovery.
When she’s not in the office, Abagale enjoys hiking, camping, reading, cooking, and spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Chloe.
