Adam Muery has been named one of the Top Trial Lawyers by The National Trial Lawyers, The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, by H Texas Magazine and SuperLawyers as published in Texas Monthly. In an era when very few attorneys have twenty jury trials in their entire careers, he has been successful in 49 of 52 jury trials. He is a graduate of the esteemed Trial Lawyer’s College and was elected to the Board of Directors for the Texas Trial Lawyer’s Association. He is a former U.S. Marine and Police Officer who graduated from Texas A&M University and the University of Texas School of Law. He is currently completing his master’s degree studying finance at Harvard. He has served as the First Assistant District Attorney in two judicial districts covering 6 counties. As the General Counsel for the Attorney General’s office, he oversaw more than 20 prosecutors and 300 investigators. In Iraq, he served as the lead National Police Advisor and Chief Inspector General for the Ministry of Interior. He was recognized in 2022 for having the top jury verdict in Texas for fiduciary litigation. He has been featured by news affiliates for NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX. He has been a guest on the Trial Lawyer’s College Podcast, The Long Island Audit Podcast and The Austin City Councilman Podcast and he was featured on The Legal News Hour.
Adam is a recipient of the National Defense Medal, the Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal, the Texas Outstanding Service Medal and the Texas Distinguished Service Medal along with the Adjutant General’s Individual Award and the Commanding General’s Individual Award.
