Adam L. Rosenberg is a Member of the Seattle office. His practice focuses on complex litigation, including catastrophic personal injury, civil rights, land use, water law, non-competition agreements, and select business disputes. Adam has litigated — and ultimately tried to verdict — a number of high stakes disputes, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, in matters involving brain injuries, consumer protection, complex commercial disputes, wrongful deaths, trade secrets, employment claims, defamation, and class actions. This has brought Adam to superior courts across the state, federal district court, the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Some cases were of national importance or involved the development of an important Constitutional right; others were just important to the people involved. Regardless, Adam always pursues his clients’ causes aggressively and ethically, whether they are a government agency, or a frightened individual hoping to never be involved with the legal system again.
