BIOGRAPHY
With more than a decade of litigation experience, Allie J. Hallmark is a dedicated and zealous lawyer for individuals and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Her experience includes claims arising out of negligent construction, dangerous premises, unsafe working conditions, and automobile and aviation accidents. Allie pursues justice for her clients by working harder, writing more persuasively, and advocating more effectively than the opposing side.
Although a West Texas native, Allie began her legal career in Philadelphia, where she gained extensive experience litigating construction and employment cases. After she returned to Dallas, she shifted her focus to representing individuals, including those discriminated against based on their religion and race.
Allie has handled all stages of discovery, settlements, trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Because of her reputation as a diligent and bold litigator, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers named Allie a Rising Star four years in a row. No more than 2.5 percent of young attorneys in a state are named to the Rising Stars list each year.
Allie graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2012. During law school, she competed in appellate advocacy competitions across the country and won the National Moot Court Competition sponsored by the American College of Trial Lawyers. She was also elected Chairperson of the Texas Tech Board of Barristers and worked as an Articles Editor for the Texas Tech Law Review.
When she is not busy fighting for her clients at Hamilton Wingo, Allie represents wrongfully convicted individuals in no-fee, pro bono appeals. She also remains involved in law school advocacy at Texas Tech, serving as a volunteer coach for moot court teams to help train future lawyers.
