Allison R. Over the course of her career, Allison has recovered millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of her clients. She realizes the importance of maximizing and expediting financial recovery to compensate clients for their loss. Allison is thorough, effective, and insists her clients recover the compensation they deserve. Recently, Chinese drywall, she recovered over $22 million in settlements for her clients with property containing defective, Chinese drywall. Through her relentless fight to get top dollar for her clients, Allison became inspired to build a firm that vehemently fought for the rights of those unable to fight for themselves.

Allison attended the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 2002, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Law and Society with Dean’s Honors.   In 2005, Allison received her Juris Doctorate degree from Loyola Law School. While in law school, she competed in the Scott Moot Court Competition. Additionally, Allison volunteered with Loyola’s Center For Conflict Resolution, resolving disputes between members of the community as a trained student mediator. During this time, she received mediation certification satisfying California’s Dispute Resolution Programs Act requirements. Allison also served as a member of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, providing income tax return preparation and counseling for low-income persons or those in need.
