Amie E. DiCola, Esq. is a senior associate with the firm, who specializes in the practice of criminal, family, and administrative law. Her practice largely focuses on the representation of litigants in various types of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorces, custody disputes, child support hearings, and appearances involving the Division of Child Protection and Permanency, formerly the Division of Youth and Family Services (DFYS). Furthermore, she also focuses on the representation of defendants in all aspects of the criminal justice system, from arrest to conviction. Prior to joining Fusco & Macaluso, Amie served as a law clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Scully, P.J.S.C., who was the Presiding Judge of the Monmouth County Superior Court, Criminal Division, as well as a clerk in the Law Offices of Samuel N. Reiken for a number of years. In 2012, Amie graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, and she actively practices in New York and New Jersey.
