Antonisha Baker, Esq. a licensed Attorney in the State of Florida and admitted to practice in the U.S. Federal Court in both the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Antonisha has significant experience in business, intellectual property, and entertainment practice areas and a love for international law.
Antonisha earned a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida's (USF) Muma College of Business, where she graduated magna cum laude in just two years. Certified in transactional law, Antonisha graduated with her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law's Centennial class. While at Emory, Antonisha found a passion for negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where she coached Emory law's semi-finalist ADR negotiation team. Antonisha also held leadership positions as the Co-Chair of Professional Development for Emory Law's Black Law Students' Association and President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Antonisha has previously focused her legal practice on business defense, entertainment, copyright, and trademark litigation matters. In addition to pursuing her goals as an entrepreneur in private practice, Antonisha currently serves as Entertainment, Entrepreneurship, and Trademark Of Counsel for The Law Office of Dayna Thomas, LLC. Antonisha served as the Ast. Director of Experiential and Professional Development at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Fl. Antonisha's passion for higher education and professional development comes from her experience as a Business Communications course facilitator at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. Prior to joining Ave Maria Law, Antonisha worked for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical brand naming companies, servicing the Canadian region in Business Development practices. She later joined the in-house trademark department as a global pharmaceutical and consumer product trademark analyst. She became the company's youngest in-house counsel and Trademark Attorney for over 15 global offices.
