Arielle Feldshon joined The Zalkin Law Firm in 2021. Arielle’s practice focuses on representing survivors of childhood sexual abuse, as well as campus sexual misconduct in Title IX lawsuits against educational institutions.
Prior to her time at the Zalkin Law Firm, Arielle was an associate at Arnold & Porter, where she represented public, private, and government organizations in a variety of cases across multiple areas of federal and state law, such as medical and pharmaceutical product liability, reproductive rights, sexual harassment, and fraud.
Arielle has always maintained an active pro bono practice, advocating for clients’ civil and reproductive rights through class-action litigation, policy analysis, and law enforcement advocacy. Most notably, Arielle served as part of the core trial team in Planned Parenthood v. Center for Medical Progress, in which she helped hold anti-choice activists accountable for surreptitiously recording reproductive health providers undercover and releasing misleading videos to the public. She also assisted in the drafting of the Women’s Health Protection Act and advised the last-standing reproductive health clinic in Kentucky on legal methods to protect patients and providers against violence.
Arielle graduated with honors from Columbia Law School in 2017, where she served as a board member of HSLI (an organization providing free legal programming to underprivileged students) and a board member of the Jailhouse Lawyer’s Manual (a handbook of legal rights and procedures designed for use by people in prison). She received her undergraduate degree from New York University in 2012. In addition to her work with the Zalkin Law Firm, Arielle also helps law students improve their legal writing as a Writing Specialist at Loyola Law School.
