Christopher Brady Eaves, a third-generation lawyer, inherits a legacy of justice from his father and grandfather, both seasoned advocates who champion the rights of the vulnerable. Witnessing his father and grandfather’s unwavering commitments to justices a boy, Brady chose to follow the same path, and has become a formidable force in the legal arena.
Trained in environmental law, Brady has expanded his expertise to encompass a wide array of topics, including advocating for victims of terrorism and the wrongfully detained, battling against insurance companies for the rights of beneficiaries, assisting non-profit corporations, and championing civil rights to name a few. His commitment to justice extends across diverse fronts and embodies a holistic approach to justice.
Brady has argued for his clients in both federal and state courts and has even presented arguments to the Supreme Court of the United States. Brady is an active member of the Mississippi Bar, and the American Association for Justice. He also serves on the board of several non-profit organizations.
