Brandi Harden is a nationally renowned litigator and the Managing Partner of Harden|Pinckney, PLLC. Harden Pinckney specializes in complex criminal and civil, family law, wrongful death, police misconduct and civil rights cases.
Ms. Harden has practiced law for more than 20 years and is known as one of the most skilled trial attorneys in Washington, D.C. She is a fellow in The American College of Trial Lawyers and has been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers in Washington, D.C.,” by the Washingtonian and as a “Top-Rated Criminal Defense Attorney” by “Super Lawyers.” She is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers and a member of the National Black Lawyers Top 100.
Ms. Harden has also trained the best attorneys in the nation. She is currently a Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School’s Trial Advocacy Workshop and an adjunct professor/supervising attorney in Georgetown University Law Center’s criminal defense clinic. From 2006 to 2018, Ms. Harden coached the award-winning Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Team at Howard University School of Law. She also serves as faculty for the National Criminal Defense College, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Gideon’s Promise, and several other litigation trainings.
Brandi Harden hails from Dallas, Texas and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Howard University School of Law. She is an active member of the D.C. Bar and admitted to practice in the D.C. Superior Court, D.C. Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the District of Columbia, and United States District Court in the Northern District of Texas.
