Brandon was born and raised in Upper Township NJ, and has deep roots to Cape May County. His father, David Walcott, is a longtime small business owner in the area and his mother has been an on-air radio DJ for 30+ years. As a “working family”, his father and mother instilled in him the importance of a strong work ethic, family values, and giving back to the community.
While studying at West Chester University, Brandon was elected as the University’s Pre-Law Society President. Brandon was awarded an academic scholarship to Western Michigan University Law School where he received numerous accolades including Certificates or Merit, Deans List, Honor Roll, and graduating Cum Laude. While attending law school, Brandon was asked by constitutional scholar, Philip Prygoski (1947-2019), to be the research assistant and editor for his book “At The Schoolhouse Gate: 1st Amendment In Public School.”
Brandon worked at Cooper Levenson Attorneys at Law in Atlantic City, NJ., in the Land Use Department, prior to opening his own solo practice.
Over the years, Brandon has been a speaker at numerous events including his Alma Mater, West Chester University; he has been an instructor for the Atlantic Cape Community College Entrepreneurial Program, and has recently been appointed by the Cape May County Superior Court as a court appointed attorney for adult guardianship matters, which he handles with the utmost integrity. Brandon routinely represents local hard working families, small businesses, professionals (physicians), and larger businesses through his own general practice law firm.
Brandon is proud of his reduced, and transparent, flat fees/prices in order to provide affordable legal representation. His practice includes estate planning, real estate, small business law, and municipal court law; He also consults with small businesses.
Brandon currently resides in Upper Township with his beautiful wife, precocious daughter and never-sleeping son. Brandon is a lifelong surfer and continues to surf through all of New Jersey’s seasons. He vehemently supports the Philadelphia Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers.
