Brian Gabriel began his career at the Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office. As an Assistant State Attorney in West Palm Beach, Florida, he prosecuted thousands of cases of individuals charged with various crimes. However, he spent a majority of his time developing his skills in handling DUI litigation. In 1995, he started his own private practice centered around the representation of criminal defendants.
