Brian Hilverda

Brian Hilverda is a founding partner of Hilverda McRae, PLLC. with his BA from Brigham Young University and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho. In the past, Brian worked in the U.S. Senate, Twin Falls County District Court, and for a national insurance company. It is his vast experience in the insurance industry that gives him keen insight as to how insurance companies operate and deal with customers. This edge has allowed him to successfully resolve cases on behalf of clients at every stage of the legal process. 

Mr. Hilverda is a board member for the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and is a Past-President of the Fifth District Bar Association. He has been selected as a top-rated personal injury attorney in the Twin Falls area by Super Lawyers for the last four years. Just this year, Brian was selected as a Super Lawyers 2020 Mountain States Honoree. Only 5% of the attorneys in Nevada, Utah, Montana, Idaho, and Wyoming are selected by Super Lawyers for this honor.

Mr. Hilverda handles cases throughout the United States, most recently, the Mountain West, and has successfully pursued cases in California, Florida, Nevada, Washington, Wyoming, Oregon and Idaho. With a willingness to travel, Mr. Hilverda goes the extra mile to ensure that his clients get the best of care and information in their cases for the best possible outcome. 

Mr. Hilverda is a native of Twin Falls and is an active member of the Twin Falls community. He has coached for the Twin Falls Rapids Soccer Club and served on the local school board. Brian enjoys spending time with his family outdoors snowboarding, mountain biking, and fishing. Brian loves music and has an extensive vinyl album collection that rivals any record store. He is also a member of the band RUNAMOK. His band has sponsored fundraisers for worthy causes as well as played for teen events at no cost. More than anything, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
