
Brittney Piñon is the founder of Piñon Law Firm, LLC, based in Montgomery, AL. Before launching her own practice, she served as an Assistant District Attorney for the 19th Judicial District, where she gained years of extensive experience prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases, from minor traffic offenses to serious felonies, including manslaughter, murder, reckless murder, and more. She began her legal career at Beasley Allen in the Toxic Torts Litigation section, where she developed a strong foundation in civil litigation.
Brittney earned her Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 2018, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a certificate in Civil Litigation. Her time at MC Law was marked by academic excellence and leadership, including serving as Chair of the Moot Court Board and winning numerous awards in National and Regional competitions. She was inducted into the National Order of Barristers, and she received the Dean Emeritus Jim Rosenblatt Leadership Award, recognizing her commitment to trial advocacy and legal scholarship.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Mississippi State University which laid the groundwork for legal career, as she engaged in various student organizations and earned membership in several national honor societies.
In addition to her legal practice, Brittney is an active member of the Alabama State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Association for Justice. She is also a member of Montgomery Junior League. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
