Mr. Delius is a native of Sevier County. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Tennessee and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee in 1993. His primary practice areas include criminal defense on the state and federal level, serious personal injury law and general litigation. Mr. Delius is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the Knoxville Bar Association, American Inns of Court Hamilton Burnett Order of Barristers and the Sevier County Bar Association. Mr. Delius served on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers from 1996-1998. He also served on the Federal Defenders Association of East Tennessee Association of East Tennessee Board of Directors from 2002-2007.
