C. Brandon Arzabe was born and raised just outside of our nation’s capital, in Montgomery County, Maryland. Mr. Arzabe graduated from the University of Maryland, where he was a competitor on the University’s mock trial team and member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity. Mr. Arzabe then moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to continue his studies at The Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. He excelled academically at the Shepard Broad College of Law as a Dean’s List Student, and was member of several honor societies, including the Nova Trial Association and the Moot Court Society.
After graduating, Mr. Arzabe worked for two preeminent civil defense firms where he gained extensive litigation experience defending insurance companies and their insureds in a broad range of cases including personal injury, premises liability, wrongful death, property damage disputes, and breach of contract.
After many years of representing large national insurance companies, Mr. Arzabe chose to dedicate his legal practice exclusively to the representation of individuals and their families in cases involving premises liability, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and civil rights. Mr. Arzabe’s knowledge of insurance policies and procedures gives him an edge in litigating against insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients.
Mr. Arzabe values the trust his clients place in him to fight for their rights and overcome the difficult obstacles life throws at them. Mr. Arzabe has litigated numerous cases to verdict and has successfully recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his injured clients.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Arzabe enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending mass, golfing, snowboarding, and volunteering throughout his local community.
