WORK EXPERIENCE:
For more than a year after law school, Chad worked for the Kentucky Department of Education and Workforce Development as a hearing officer. He presided over disputes between employers and employees and issued rulings on each case.Â
After that experience, Chad worked for the Louisville Metro Public Defender's Office for more than seven years where he tried cases for clients charged with offenses ranging from Driving Under the Influence (DUI) to Murder.
