Charles is known as an attorney that listens to his clients’ stories, helps them find their voice, and recover the compensation that they deserve.

Charles is a veteran trial lawyer that litigates wrongful death cases and catastrophic injury cases. He has achieved over 100 verdicts and settlements worth more than $1,000,000 in over 40 different states, including Georgia, Texas, Nevada, Colorado, New York, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, North Carolina, and Washington.

Lawyers all over the country hire Charles to co-counsel on cases that range from automobile and truck collisions to medical malpractice and products liability. As co-counsel, Charles has overseen the review and completion of thousands of personal injury cases at every stage of the legal process (pre-suit, lawsuit, pre-trial, post-trial).

Charles is one of the founders of the Power Deposition method and is a frequent speaker for 360 Advocacy on that subject.

Charles has written articles on the use of neuroscience and communication. He has lectured regarding how to develop and try cases in the areas of auto and truck collisions, medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability. He has written and spoken about how to depose corporate representatives, how to depose defense experts, how to prepare clients for deposition and trial testimony, how to use PowerPoint presentations in litigation, how to evaluate malpractice and personal injury cases, and how to present a client’s treating physician at trial.

Charles created a PowerPoint presentation template for use during mediations and trial in auto and truck collision cases, malpractice cases and products liability cases. Charles has created an interoffice case management system that automatically delegates case tasks from the first day a client hires the firm to 70 weeks later using templates, things to do lists, and timelines.

Over the course of his legal career, Charles has remained a steadfast advocate for injury victims. He is dedicated to providing his clients with thoughtful, thorough representation that sets them up for a successful and fulfilling future.
