Graduating as Valedictorian as a student of the University of La Verne College of Law and member of the Law Review, Charles has worked on a wide variety of cases throughout his professional experiences at State Farm, as a Deputy City Attorney for the City of Riverside, and most recently as an attorney with Shernoff Bidart Echeverria LLP.Â
Charles is a Southern California native having grown up in the valley and having attended the University of Riverside for undergraduate courses.
