Chip grew up in Alabama and earned his undergraduate degree in Business from the University of Alabama and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He has been practicing law in Alabama since 2003, with the last five years being in Tuscaloosa. Chip has handled everything from a wide range of personal injury cases to property damage cases involving coal mine blasting to workers compensation cases. He is a member of the Tuscaloosa County Bar, the Alabama State Bar, and he was selected for invitation to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Civil Plaintiff Attorneys.
While not practicing law, Chip enjoys spending time with his family and attending Alabama sporting events. He and his family are members of Briarwood Presbyterian Church where Chip serves as a Deacon.
