Mr. Drake is a member of the firm’s Labor Law – Construction Accident Team. He has been with William Schwitzer & Associates since graduating from Hofstra Law School, where Mr. Drake attended on a full merit scholarship and graduated with Honors at the top of his class. Mr. Drake also holds a Bachelor’s degree from Queens College. Mr. Drake has been able to achieve hundreds of successful results for his clients, including a recent jury verdict in 2022 in the amount of $9,460,000 for an injured construction laborer in Brooklyn, New York. Mr. Drake has also been named to the National Academy of Personal Injury Lawyer’s Top 10 Attorneys under 40 for 2023, and has been named to SuperLawyer’s “Rising Stars” for 2021 and 2022.
