Clark and his wife Katie reside in Brookhaven, Georgia. Clark grew up a son of two 100% disabled military veterans. Due to their service, he lived across the United States and abroad. Clark was born in Germany and outside of Georgia, he has lived in Colorado, Ohio, Nebraska, and Nevada but will always consider back home to be the small town of Green Sea, South Carolina.

After witnessing his parents’ struggles with their unique disabilities, Clark knew he wanted to spend his life helping others. After graduating with dual degrees in Political Science and Experimental Psychology from the University of South Carolina, Clark attended Georgia State University, College of Law to pursue his passion to be an advocate for others without a voice. While in school, Clark worked with various personal injury firms, took part in a bankruptcy clinic assisting those who found themselves in difficult financial times, worked with a division of Fulton County’s Public Defender’s Office, and clerked for the late Justice Harris Hines with the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Since graduating law school Cum Laude, Clark has worked exclusively assisting individuals injured by the negligence of others. His practice focuses on litigation and pursuing the best results through the Civil Justice System when the insurance companies fail to adequately address substantial nature of the injuries sustained by his clients. In his time in practice, Clark has litigated hundreds of cases, recovered millions of dollars for his clients, tried scores of bench trials and multiple jury trials to verdict. All in the pursuit of ensuring his clients are properly compensated for their injuries.
While not at work, Clark enjoys spending time with his wife and dog Beau, making lasting memories with friends, golf, and various forms of exercise to improve his physical and mental health; both of which are very important for success.
