Attorney Danielle M. Holt received her bachelor’s degree in business administration and graduated cum laude from the University of San Diego in 2010.
She earned her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013. While in law school, Danielle served as the vice president of the Environmental Law Society, and was an active member of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund Society.
Following law school, Danielle went on to earn a master of laws degree in animal law from Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, where she graduated with cum laude honors in 2014.
While there, she served as an associate editor of the Animal Law Review Journal and worked with the master’s program in animal law and society at the Autonomous University of Barcelona in Barcelona, Spain.
As an avid animal advocate, Danielle has worked on a number of pro bono cases involving the protection of wild mustangs here in Nevada.
Danielle was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2013, and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada in 2014.
She was also admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2020. Danielle has experience in a variety of legal areas including animal law, insurance defense, medical malpractice defense, and personal injury law.
She is also a member of the Nevada Justice Association.
Danielle joined De Castroverde Accident & Injury Lawyers in 2019 where she primarily practices personal injury litigation. She is passionate about helping her clients and giving a voice to those most in need.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and animal companions, volunteering as an animal foster parent, and attending hockey games. Go Knights!
