David started his time at Forester Haynie as a law clerk in the fall of 2019. His experience as a law clerk allowed him to assist with various dockets across the firm and develop experience in Wage and Hour and Mass Tort litigation. David then clerked for the Texas Office of the Attorney General – Child Support Division, where he gained experience participating in contested hearings on family law matters. David retuned to clerk at FH during his last year of law school. David then joined FH as associate attorney after being admitted to the Texas Bar.
David found a passion in helping people fight against criminal charges that could permanently alter their lives. David enjoys making meaningful connections with his clients and putting his clients’ best interests first. David zealously fights for his clients whether that is advocating for them at trial or working to get them the best outcome possible.
Outside of work, David spends time with friends and family, engages in various recreational sports, and is a fan of spoken word poetry.
