David Jackson primarily practices in the area of personal injury litigation. Mr. Jackson has represented hundreds of clients in the District Court and Circuit Court of Maryland and has argued cases before Maryland appellate courts. Mr. Jackson also represents individuals in Social Security Disability matters before the Office of Hearings and Appeals and has obtained Social Security Disability for many individuals who had previously been denied benefits.
Mr. Jackson graduated cum laude from Salisbury State University and with Honors from the University of Maryland School of Law where he was selected as a member of the Moot Court Board and was the Articles Editor for the Maryland Journal of International Law and Trade. After graduating law school, Mr. Jackson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sally D. Adkins of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Mr. Jackson is admitted to practice in Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.? He is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the Maryland Association for Justice and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys
