David "Kim" Wilson, Jr.
Morrison Sherwood Wilson Deola, LLP

David (Kim) Wilson has been with Morrison, Sherwood, Wilson & Deola since 1985, except for a two-year hiatus practicing consumer law in Boston 1999-2001. Kim’s practice focuses on representing Montana consumers harmed or injured by unfair or illegal business or credit practices; representing Montana citizens concerned about protecting Montana’s environment and landscape, and their neighborhoods; and assuring that government is open and accountable to all citizens as required by law. He has an active litigation practice, and has settled or tried hundreds of cases. Kim was one of the lead counsel in the case of MEIC v. DEQ, 1999 MT 248, in which the Montana Supreme Court first enforced Montanans’ constitutional right to a clean and healthful environment. Kim was also lead counsel in Morrow v. Bank of America, 2014 MT 117, in which the Montana Supreme Court first ruled that banks are subject to civil liability for misstatements and fraud during the mortgage foreclosure process.
