David Rome earned his undergraduate degree in Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Mr. Rome then attended the prestigious Suffolk University School of Law in Boston. Initially admitted to practice law in 2015, Mr. Rome began his legal career in Massachusetts where he appeared in court and litigated on behalf of his clients on a daily basis. Starting in 2016, he handled federal administrative appeals nationally for several years developing a unique skill that comes from both being a litigator and an appellate lawyer. Later, Mr. Rome worked as a high level Deputy District Attorney. He was quickly promoted during his tenure and prosecuted both felonies and misdemeanors, leaving the office with a 100% jury trial success rate. He has developed top skills that benefit his clients and now he excels in criminal and DUI defense on behalf of our clients.
As a former prosecutor, Mr. Rome has ample experience at all stages of the California and federal criminal process from filing of cases through verdict. As a prosecutor, Mr. Rome was widely respected for his meticulous work, persuasive arguments, and integrity by attorneys on both sides of the aisle. His sharp wit and impeccable writing lead to proven results. He has dedicated his career to serving his community and takes great pride in fighting for justice for his clients.
