"Tanner Law Firm was founded on the principles of justice and equity for their clients. Being represented by the right firm can make all the difference in your lawsuit.
Because of his prior experience working as a defense lawyer for large corporations and insurance companies, David knows the tactics that are used by those groups to get settlements in their favor. Knowledge of how to deal with these maneuvers can be put to use for you as you pursue a just and equitable outcome.
Tanner Law Firm continues to enjoy great success in representing injured clients in their quest for justice."
David A. Tanner’s efforts have been nationally recognized. This recognition began during law school where he was on Baylor Law School’s Law Review and acted as its Technology Editor. Baylor Law School also selected him to represent it at The National Moot Court Competition in San Francisco. These experiences provided him valuable experience in addition to his law school education.
He is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a selective group whose membership is limited to attorneys who have won million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Less than 1% of attorneys across the nation (and less than 100 Nevada attorneys) are members of this elite group. In 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011, he was selected as one of The Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Nevada by The American Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he has been designated as a Rising Star in the Mountain States region by Super Lawyers, a rating service of outstanding lawyers. David is a member of The State Bar of Nevada, The Clark County Bar Association, The American Association for Justice and The Nevada Justice Association.
