Eduardo A. “Eddie” Sierra is a personal injury attorney who has assisted injury victims throughout the Permian Basin and the State of Texas with unwavering dedication. Mr. Sierra is currently an associate attorney at the Medina Law Firm, and joined our team in 2019 upon obtaining his license to practice law in the State of Texas.
Eddie was born and raised in Odessa, Texas. Before pursuing a career in law, he attended the University of Miami (FL) and the University of Texas at the Permian Basin, where he would obtain a bachelor’s degree in economics in 2015.
During his time in college, he clerked for a criminal defense firm that inspired his interest in obtaining a law degree.
Eddie graduated from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2019 where he graduated summa cum laude as a member of the top 5% of his class. Eddie received a number of CALI awards and scholarships for his academic achievements.
He was also a dedicated member of the Hispanic Law Students Association and the Institute for International and Immigration Law, among other organizations. During his time in law school, he worked for the Family Criminal Law Division at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office where he helped seek justice for individuals who were victims of the most heinous crimes imaginable.
Eddie brings with him a passion for helping victims, and a steadfast dedication to the pursuit of justice. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association; the American Association of Justice; the American Bar Association; and the Permian Basin Trial Lawyers Association. In his free time, Eddie enjoys attending concerts and music festivals, traveling, cycling, hiking, and spending time with his dogs Lola and Chico.
