Eric Steele was born and raised in the Denver metropolitan area. He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Colorado, where he majored in Classical Studies. Eric received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. During law school, he was Vice-president of the Student Plaintiffs Bar Association and was a member of the Student Trial Lawyer Association.
Before law school, Eric found his calling through competitive cycling. He worked his way up through the ranks to eventually compete in races across the country, including several national championships. Eric’s interest in the law and personal injury began after becoming severely injured when he was hit by a car while on a training ride. After hiring an attorney, he quickly learned about the process of a personal injury case from firsthand experience. While this was a difficult way to be introduced to the field, he is a firm believer that everything happens for a reason. He became inspired by the experience and by his attorney’s representation to follow a similar path: to become an attorney so that he could help clients navigate the complex legal process just as his attorney helped him. He is passionate about advocating for individuals who are injured or have been treated unfairly by large corporations and insurance companies.
In his free time Eric enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places, and caring for his homestead outfit with gardens, chickens, ducks, and bees.
