Erin Whittemore Lohmiller
Erin joined the firm in 2012 for the opportunity to practice law with her father and carry on the family tradition of being an advocate for others. Prior to joining the firm, Erin was a State Prosecutor for five years and prosecuted all types of criminal cases. She is no stranger to a courtroom and isn’t afraid to try a case in front of a jury. In 2020, she was named Managing Attorney, and focuses her practice on probate administration and litigation, handling estates arising out of wrongful death matters, as well as personal injury cases. Erin brings a passion for helping others to her practice – something she learned being the daughter of founding shareholder, Kent Whittemore. She is also a wife and a mother, and understands the importance of family. She compassionately represents families to ensure their rights are protected, whether it is a right under a last will and testament, or a right to be compensated for injuries caused by another.
Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Erin is a graduate of Shorecrest Preparatory School. She is also a graduate of the University of Florida, where she was a leader in Delta Gamma Sorority, and she obtained her law degree from Stetson University, College of Law School.
Erin lives in the Tampa Bay area with her husband, Clark, and their two children. Erin loves St. Petersburg and commits much of her time to helping improve the community through volunteering. She is actively involved in the Junior League of St. Petersburg and served as President in 2019-2020. She is also a long-standing volunteer for Lawyers for Literacy, a non-profit providing one-on-one tutoring to third graders.
