Mr. McQuinn attended Cedarville University in Ohio, where he earned his undergraduate degree, before graduating from the University of Colorado School of Law, in Boulder, Colorado, with his Juris Doctorate.
His practice with Dan Caplis Law focuses on assisting clients with their injury and accident cases. He has appeared on multiple local television stations and is recognized for his knowledge and commitment to his clients. Mr. McQuinn was selected for inclusion in the 2012 list of Rising Stars by Colorado Super Lawyers Magazine. This distinction is reserved for attorneys who have demonstrated outstanding professional achievement in their field or practice. Mr. McQuinn was also selected in the Super Lawyers list of 2017.
Ethan McQuinn has also served as a presenter for the Colorado Bar Association, most recently in 2016, he spoke "From the Plaintiff's Perspective" at "Premises Liability Litigation?Plaintiff and Defense Perspectives."
Ethan McQuinn worked on and went to trial on the the ground-breaking case Gonzales v. Mascarenas. This case changed wrongful death law in Colorado so that a parent can now bring a wrongful death claim on behalf of a nonviable fetus born alive.
Attorney Ethan McQuinn is dedicated to helping people seek compensation for their recovery after an accident or other serious injury.
