Evan joined Southern Med Law in 2016. Evan is dedicated to improving community safety through the power of the jury system. Much of his practice centers on improving patient safety in the American health system, an area where we can do better. Civil juries can help fix the problems presented by rising medical errors. Juries can also help improve other areas where the health system fails patients and families, such as suicide prevention in the emergency department.
Evan represents individuals and closely held businesses in litigation, trials, and appeals. His areas of practice include medical negligence, medical device, pharma, appellate law, car crashes, business disputes, tortious interference, trademark, fraud, and insurance bad faith.Â
Evan resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife.
