Clark was raised in Kinston, North Carolina, and am the first Polynesian (Tongan) attorney sworn into the courts of Eastern North Carolina. At 19, he moved to Argentina and became fluent in Spanish, with proficiency in legal writing. As a proud graduate of Arendell Parrott Academy, he went on to earn my B.S. in Family Community Services from East Carolina University in December 2016 and my J.D. from J. Reuben Clark Law School – Brigham Young University in December 2019. He has been actively practicing law since August 2020. His wife, Mallory, is a Greenville native, and they have two young children together. Clark takes cases to help and better the lives of the people in eastern North Carolina. It is an honor for him to provide legal representation to people in need, and knowing that he has a positive impact gives him great satisfaction in the work he does.
