Mr. Marrache heads the litigation department focusing on catastrophic accidents that have caused serious injuries as a result of traffic accidents; accidents caused by commercial trucks; accidents in public and private places; defective products; dog bite; wrongful death; and elder abuse among others. Mr. Marrache personally supervises each step of the process from the investigative stage to its conclusion. He applies his knowledge and experience appropriately to distinguish whether it is necessary to take a case to court, reach an amicable settlement or use the services of a mediator.

It could be said without a doubt that the difference between Mr. Marrache and other attorneys is that he is always available to his clients. He does not hesitate to be present through the bad times as well as the good ones. He is aware that an accident can change a person's life in an instant, even more so if it is of catastrophic magnitude. Not only the client is affected, but also the family environment, especially the spouse. Likewise, it impacts the daily life of the client, since it affects his personal life, his work, his finances, his daily activities. Mr. Marrache understands that these are difficult times for the family because he is sensitive to the misfortune of an unexpected event and that in those moments what the client and the family need is someone to trust and someone to guide them. Mr. Marrache does not distinguish and pays the same attention and dedication to a minor accident as to a severe accident. His dedication and personal touch makes clients feel comfortable and most of all gives them the security that they are in good hands.

During the time exercising his career, Mr. Marrache has developed and put into practice the knowledge he has been acquiring regarding the medical part of the cases. This point is important because he can identify the injuries the client has suffered and the treatment he needs. Certain injuries require a specialist and being able to distinguish them is crucial for the client because it can be a head trauma injury, spinal cord injury, neurological, psychological and emotional injuries that require immediate medical treatment. Mr. Marrache knows the complexity that certain cases entail as well as the tactics that the defense uses to minimize the value of the case or to evade responsibility altogether.

Before graduating as an Attorney, Mr. Marrache was a seasoned "Litigation Paralegal" with more than 15 years of extensive experience in catastrophic personal injury litigation, being in charge of litigation and preparation of cases to be brought to court. court. All of this experience, “from the trenches” you might say, puts Mr. Marrache in a unique position to handle severe and catastrophic injury cases. More importantly, to advise, guide and assist clients who have been severely affected.

Eager to bring his extensive practical knowledge and experience to the courtroom, Mr. Marrache worked full-time while simultaneously attending law school. After a long and arduous effort, Mr. Marrache received his Juris Doctor degree in 2007 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in May 2008.
