Born and raised in Kentucky, Hillary moved to Florida after graduating from Georgetown College to attend Florida Coastal School of Law, where he met his partner in life and law, Holly. Hillary maintains a diverse practice, in and out of the courtroom.
Hillary graduated from law school with mock trial honors, where he began honing his trial skills. Through representing thousands of clients with the Delaware County Public Defender’s Office, he mastered the ability to read a jury and a courtroom. This experience has served his civil and business clients, offering them unique insights into the legal process.
Hillary is a member of the Chester County Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania federal court.
As a distinction of merit, Hillary was named a 2019, 2020 and 2021 Main Line Today Top Lawyer for Criminal Defense. He has had many trials, both civil and criminal, and works tirelessly for his clients.
When he is not practicing law, Hillary enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
