Josh Jacobs is a personal injury lawyer located in Kansas City, Missouri and practicing throughout the states of Kansas and Missouri in both state and federal courts. Josh was born and raised in Kansas City and is a life long Kansas City resident. Josh graduated from the University of Kansas in 2011 with a degree in economics. In 2014 Josh received his Juris Doctor and Trial Advocacy Certificate from Washburn University School of Law. While in law school, Josh focused his education on trial work and gained invaluable experience and skills in the practice of law through working at the Wyandotte County District Attorney’s Office. While at the District Attorney’s Office, Josh was able to appear in court and try cases under a Student Practice License and successfully prosecuted all of the cases to which he was assigned, including numerous jury and bench trials.
After graduating from law school Josh continued to focus on trial work by opening a solo law practice in Kansas City in 2014, where he represented clients in cases involving personal injury, fraud, breach of contract, criminal defense, and commercial litigation.
