Jack Baldwin received his B.A. of Fine Arts degree from Texas Christian University in 1982 and he received his J.D degree from South Texas College of Law in 1985. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 1985. He is licensed to practice law in both state and federal courts. Following graduation he began undertaking the representation of injured persons in Houston, Texas at the law firm of Stephens and Associates. Mr. Baldwin continued his work in Houston until 1987 when he returned home to East Texas to join his father and brother in practice. Mr. Baldwin has earned a reputation as a top trial lawyer. With 26 years of legal experience, Mr. Baldwin has gained the respect of his fellow attorneys and the judiciary. He has lectured on the topic of Trial Advocacy to both state and national trial organizations. Mr. Baldwin has tried numerous cases to a jury verdict in excess of one-million-dollars and is “AV” Rated by Martindale-Hubble. He was selected by his peers in 2011 to the Texas Super Lawyers. Mr. Baldwin limits his practice to representing individuals in wrongful death and serious personal injury actions and assisting inventors and corporations in protecting their intellectual property.
