Jacob “Jake” Slotin is a life-long native Floridian. Jake was born in Clearwater, Florida and raised in Jacksonville, Florida where he graduated from the International Baccalaureate program for academically accomplished high-school students.
From there, Jake earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University where he graduated with honors. Jake went on to become a “double Nole” earning his J.D. from the Florida State University College of Law, again with honors. While in law school, Jake received a scholarship for his excellence in professional responsibility and clerked for the Honorable Judge Stephanie Ray at the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee.
After law school, Jake defended insurance companies and their insureds in a wide variety of claims involving catastrophic injuries including medical malpractice, birth injuries, premises liability, negligent security, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, and general liability.
Jake is admitted to practice in all state courts throughout Florida as well as the U.S. District Court in the Middle District of Florida.
Now, Jake brings his years of experience in Florida personal injury and wrongful death cases to help Floridians injured by others recover the compensation they deserve.
