Attorney Jake A. Sambito was born and raised in Massachusetts and represents clients in family law matters such as divorces, custody, and other probate and family law issues. These matters are often emotional and complex, and Attorney Sambito has effectively resolved countless family law disputes throughout Massachusetts. He prides himself on successfully negotiating often complex financial and domestic issues, finding creative solutions for his clients. Clients often compliment him on his compassion, understanding, and ability to genuinely relate to their domestic issues. Attorney Sambito has trial and litigation experience throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in various trial courts.
In addition to probate and family law, Attorney Sambito has experience with landlord-tenant matters in Housing Court. He has represented both landlords and tenants in many evictions and other housing-related proceedings. Attorney Sambito also practices in the District and Superior Courts throughout Massachusetts, litigating various simple and complex civil matters.
Outside of work, Attorney Sambito loves music, exploring New England, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.
Attorney Sambito earned his undergraduate degree with honors from Fitchburg State University. During college, he had the distinct privilege of being chosen to work for Governor Deval Patrick at the Massachusetts State House. He earned his law degree from The Massachusetts School of Law and was part of the nationally acclaimed Thurgood Marshall Mock Trial Competition, placing fourth in the country and earning him a Governor’s Citation. While attending law school, Attorney Sambito worked as a law clerk for a well-known law firm outside of Boston, specializing in wrongful death and medical malpractice claims against large corporate entities.
