Mr. Dore is a third generation Seattle lawyer. An aggressive litigator with more than 25 years of legal experience, he has extensive experience in the areas of personal injury. He founded Dore Law Group for the purpose of representing clients injured, and the families who have lost a loved one, in car accidents, construction accidents, semi-truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, maritime accidents, medical malpractice and defective products due to the negligence and reckless acts of others.
After graduating from Seattle University in 1988 and obtaining a Juris Doctorate degree from Gonzaga Law School in 1991, Mr. Dore clerked for King County Superior Court Judges Larry Jordan and Frank Sullivan from 1992 to 1994. During that time he worked on some of the biggest criminal trials of the 1990s.
Prior to founding Dore Law Group he was a partner with his father, Judge James Dore Sr. (decesaed), in the law firm Dore & Dore, and a partner with Ann Deutscher in the law firm Dore Deutscher Law Group.
Mr. Dore was named a Washington Super Lawyer for 2014.

When clients are injured, they look for an experienced personal injury attorney who is willing to work hard to prove their case. They want an attorney who can take on the insurance companies and their teams of lawyers, and who will go to whatever lengths are necessary to prove their case. They want an attorney who hopefully will be able to get them a fair settlement quickly, but if this is not possible, an attorney who can do an outstanding job in proving their case at trial.
I understand. I and our firm take great pride in offering these services to our clients.
Importantly, I and our firm also know that a critical part of representing clients is the trust that clients place in our hands with their matter. If they have been injured, or if a loved one has been killed, they want an attorney whom they can trust, and who will be there for them whenever they are needed. Every client and every case is unique, and it's important to build a strong bond with clients so that we can better make their case, and so that we can guide them carefully through the legal process in attempting to secure fair compensation based upon their damages and their particular circumstances.
We are there for clients throughout their lawsuit to explain the legal process so that they know exactly what to expect. We are also there to take on the burden of fighting the opposing parties so that our clients can resume their lives.
If a family member has been killed or if you've been injured, please call our firm. There is no cost or obligation for meeting with us, and we will be happy to discuss with you the options that may be available for your case.
