Jason S. Goldstein is an associate at The Lanier Law Firm in New York, practicing in the areas of pharmaceutical liability and product liability. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, Mr. Goldstein was an associate at well-respected litigation firm in New York, where he focused on product liability and mass tort matters.
Mr. Goldstein graduated, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Science in Television, Radio and Film from Syracuse University in 2006. He then went on to pursue a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University and graduated in 2011. While attending Cardozo, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Harold A. Ackerman, U.S. District Court for District of New Jersey.
Additionally, Mr. Goldstein published a note entitled "How New FTC Guidelines on Endorsement and Testimonials Will Affect Traditional and New Media" in the Cardozo Arts and Entertainment Law Journal, where he also served as a notes editor.
Mr. Goldstein is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He resides in Manhattan with his wife, Samantha.
