Jason grew up in the Richmond area before attending James Madison University for his Undergraduate Degree and Penn State for his Juris Doctor. He returned to Richmond immediately after graduation to begin practicing law in his hometown. In his (limited) spare time, Jason enjoys playing golf (poorly), guitar (slightly better), and watching Penn State Football and Red Sox Baseball. He also enjoys exploring the city with his wife, daughter, and twin sons.
Jason is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice and served as both an officer and a director of the Henrico County Bar Association.
Jason has been selected for membership in both the National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 and the National Trial Lawyers: Top 40 Under 40. Membership in these organizations is extended solely to a select few of the most qualified attorneys from each state who demonstrate superior qualifications of leadership, reputation, influence, stature, trial results, and public profile.
