Jason C. Luna, PLLC

Our firm was founded in 2005 by Jason C. Luna, Esq. Prior to launching Jason C. Luna, PLLC, my career began at the age of 25 as an Assistant District Attorney. While working in this capacity, I gained invaluable trial experience and had the opportunity to try cases against nationally acclaimed criminal defense lawyers. I had the opportunity to prosecute violent crimes involving significant and often catastrophic injuries. I also had the opportunity to try cases involving automobile collisions, many of which involved drinking and driving. The experience of trying cases involving serious injuries created an opportunity for me to transcend the skills I acquired and apply my experience to personal injury cases in the civil realm. I was recruited by a personal injury firm to handle cases involving personal injury matters exclusively. I handled personal injury cases exclusively for several years while working with my former firm. With each day that passed, it became more apparent to me that to truly maximize the potential results and level of satisfaction for my personal injury clients, I had to put my ideas for exceptional client service and strategic case planning to use. My goal was to provide each client with a level of service that exceeded their expectations even with the highest level of expectations. As a result, Jason C. Luna, PLLC, was launched in 2006. In my first year as Jason C. Luna, PLLC, my clients collected in excess of ten million dollars. Today, JASON C. LUNA, PLLC continues to grow and achieve new heights.
