Joseph received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 2007. He then attended Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor. Since joining the Bar in 2010, Joseph’s practice has focused on workers’ compensation and personal injury law, where he has successfully argued cases at all levels including the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Joseph is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association. He currently serve as an elected member of the GTLA WCCL Executive Committee and was appointment by the Chairman of the State Board of Workers' Compensation to the Advisory Council. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Katie, and his two young daughters.
