Attorney Joe Oberstein leads our settlement and litigation teams. He has dedicated his entire legal career to representing victims of motor vehicle and premises liability cases. Recent results include a $130,000.00 arbitration award in a disputed liability auto negligence case where his client had less than $10,000.00 in medical bills.
A local Baltimorean, Joe earned degrees from University of Maryland and The University of Baltimore School of Law. When he is not at work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and volunteers for several local charities. He has one of the nicest lawns in his neighborhood.
Joe is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and the Maryland State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Maryland.
