In 1992, Mr. Manning graduated cum laude with a liberal arts degree from Seattle University. In 1996, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Diego School of Law. While at the University of San Diego School of Law, Mr. Manning was a member of the San Diego Law Review. He continued at the university, earning his LL.M. in Business and Corporate Law.
