Ren v. Cao, 1:15-cv-01242 (D. Md. 2015) : Complex fraud and RICO matter.
Chen, et al. v. East Dumpling House, (D. Md. 2015): Restaurant underpaid overtime wages to our client, the chef. Wages were recovered and attorney’s fees were paid by the defendant.
Sanderson Farms v. Tyson Foods, No. RDB-08-210 (D. Md. 2008): False advertising regarding “antibiotics free” premium chicken enjoined.
Clayton v. Eli Lilly & Co., 04-1363(RMU/AK) (D.D.C. 2006): Drug product liability case where we prevailed in identifying the drug manufacturer for a pill taken over forty years ago by our client’s mother, which caused the daughter’s DES-infertility.
